NBC News has learned U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials are planning a major enforcement operation that will target immigrants in at least one U.S. city just days after the Trump's inauguration. Several sources familiar with the planning tells NBC News the cities that could see early activity include Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Denver, and Chicago.
